Raising funds for women's shelters!

I’m now a member of “Women on the Move,” a group of independent Southern California artists featured on a compilation music CD designed to raise funds for domestic violence shelters. My song “How Do We Go On?,” was selected for the CD, entitled “Beautiful,” a collection of 17 songs by 14 women artists, produced by Joan Enguita of Red Coyote Records. The music comprises a variety of styles (pop, rock, blues, country and more) and encompasses different aspects of being a woman: following your dreams, love, breaking up, leaving an abusive relationship, etc. “Women on the Move” are booking benefit concerts, so please get in touch if you’re interested. My song, ‘How Do We Go On?’ tells three short stories, tied together by the commonality of the human struggle to keep faith and keep going, despite major life-changing events. The song is also included my own new CD, “Plymouth Belvedere,” which was released in May 2007. The tracks on the “Beautiful” CD are unique and different, and yet every song was professionally produced by the same studio that recorded the music for my album –Nashville Tracks, Los Angeles. The seasoned Nashville musicians there perform and record with nationally-known artists.
